The Company is a family owned and run, long-established engineering supplies business with renowned reputation in the region. The Company takes pride in its premium customer service, which has enabled it to develop long term trading relationships with a wide range of clients.

The company has long-standing partnerships with key suppliers, allowing it to showcase a substantial and high quality product portfolio, in order to meet all of their customers needs.

The combination of responsiveness to customer requirements, positive supplier relations and premium product offering has resulted in the Company having a consistently strong revenue stream. The business focuses on margin over turnover to ensure long term sustainability, underpinned by the quality of the customer service.

The Company offers an extensive range of engineering supplies, including hand and power tools, gardening equipment, fixings and fasteners, personal protection equipment, cleaning products, and LPG gas. It also offers many other supplies for a variety of traders, and for personal use. The Company’s streamlined website enables products to be easily purchased one for delivery, or in-store collection.

The Company operates from its owned premises in South Wales, which has an area over 5,000sq.ft.

Reason for Sale

Following a number of years working within the Company, the sole shareholder wishes to retire. A second tier management team is in place who could assist a purchaser to manage the business post acquisition.

Both the vendor and the management team feel that the business could develop further with new impetus from an external purchaser with the infrastructure to support further growth.
