TRAINEE RECEPTIONIST – SHREWSBURY
As a Trainee Receptionist at our Shrewsbury office you will be the first person to greet our callers and visitors to the business. This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy talking to people and providing a first class, professional customer service.

As a Trainee Receptionist at our Shrewsbury office, your main responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
- Assist with ad hoc administration as required
- Ensure that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
- Manage the meeting room calendar and requests
- Ensure meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
- Stamp and frank outgoing post
- Record incoming and outgoing records
As a Trainee Receptionist at our Shrewsbury office, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence to speak on the telephone
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- IT Literate
