As a Receptionist/Administrator at our Leamington office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
  • Ensure that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
  • Manage the meeting room calendar and requests
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
  • Responsible for keeping filling rooms organised and tidy
  • Open and distribute incoming post to relevant staff members
  • Ensure all outgoing post is correctly franked and collected
  • Scanning and typing letters
  • Assist with ad hoc administration as required
  • Work as part of a team to provide the best possible service to our clients

As a Receptionist/Administrator at our Leamington office, you will have/be:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence to speak on the telephone
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT Literate
  • Willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Personable and confident in building relationships
  • A good level of understanding of Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • A team player
