As a Receptionist and Administrator at our Peterborough office you will be one of the first people to greet our callers and visitors to the business.   This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy talking to people and providing a first class, professional customer service.  A variety of other administrative tasks can be allocated to the right applicant.

As a Receptionist and Administrator at our Peterborough office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being first point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration as required
  • Ensuring that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
  • Managing the meeting room calendar and requests
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for each meeting

As a Receptionist at our Peterborough office, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence to speak on the telephone
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT Literacy
