As a Receptionist and Administrator at our Peterborough office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being first point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration as required
  • Ensuring that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
  • Managing the meeting room calendar and requests
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are ready for each meeting

As a Receptionist at our Peterborough office, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence to speak on the telephone
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • IT Literacy
