RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR – KETTERING
As a Receptionist/ Administrator at our Kettering office you will be supporting the Partners and office at large in their reporting requirements within the group of Baldwins and growing the practice. You will be working with staff and clients. There is a lot of opportunity to progress in this role.

As a Receptionist/ Administrator at our Kettering office, your main responsibilities will include:
- New client on boarding
- Staff training administration
- Kettering office reporting using Baldwins group templates/system
- Maintaining the databasing system
- Ad hoc bookkeeping
- Being a point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
- Ensuring that the reception and meeting areas are professionally presented at all times
- Purchase ordering
- Managing the meeting room calendar and requests
- Receiving client payments
- Training will be provided for the above functions
As a Receptionist/ Administrator at our Kettering office, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Highly Organised
- IT Literate
- A competent excel user
- An understanding of Vlookups and Pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
