PURCHASE LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR – WALSALL

As a Purchase Ledger Administrator at our Walsall head office you will work within the Purchase Ledger team supporting the supplier query management process to resolution for high volumes of supplier invoices and be an active player in the full process. You will be a team player who possesses a strong customer service focus with the ability to work to a detailed monthly timetable.

As a Purchase Ledger Administrator at our Walsall head office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the query management process through to resolution by phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring invoices have the correct level of approval prior to payment.
  • Reconciling, reviewing and reporting on supplier statements.
  • Managing any queries to full resolution with supplier, office and operations team.
  • All associated purchase ledger duties including ad hoc projects.
