As a Private Client Tax Senior at our Manchester Office, your main responsibilities will include dealing with a portfolio of clients, including the completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns, book-keeping, accounts preparation for sole traders, VAT Returns and ad hoc advice.

Having gained previous experience within the accountancy profession, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, which will include book-keeping, accounts preparation (sole trader) and taxation aspects which will include the completion of Self-Assessment Tax Returns and VAT Returns.

There is an expectation to deliver a high level of service to clients, dealing with the day to day aspects of their tax and accounts

As a Private Client Tax Senior at our Manchester office Office, your skills and attributes will include;

  • ATT or CTA qualified. Part qualified candidates will also be considered as will those qualified by experience.
  • Knowledge of Making Tax Digital.
  • The ability to liaise directly with clients, with good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A motivated team player, capable of working independently, the candidate will be able to manage and prioritise work, with good time management skills and the ability to supervise junior team members.
  • Computer literacy. A working knowledge of Excel, Xero, Sage and CCH software would be useful.
