PRACTICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – TRURO

As a Practice support Administrator at our Truro office, you will be supporting partners and managers with a variety of ad hoc administration tasks with a view to minimising fee earner time on non-chargeable activity. This role will provide cover for reception and support to other practice support members and will form part of the work processing resource to the firm.

As a Practice Support Administrator at our Truro office, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Direct daily contact with Office Partners in respect of client matters
  • Liaising with managers and staff on client matters
  • Ensuring timesheets submission
  • Sorting, scanning and distribution of incoming post
  • Sorting and franking outgoing post (including special deliveries as and when required)
  • Word processing – copy typing and other document preparation as required by any of the partners and managers.
  • Photocopy and binding of accounts.
  • Reception duties – meeting and greeting guests and clients
  • Knowledge of CCH to extract reports
  • General filing and scanning of documents onto CCH

As a Practice support Administrator at our Truro office, your skills and qualifications will include:
