As a Part time Receptionist at our Ashby office, your main responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office
- Ensure that the reception area is professionally presented at all times
- Manage the meeting room calendar and requests
- Ensure meeting rooms are ready for each meeting
- Responsible for keeping filling rooms organised and tidy
- Open and distribute incoming post to relevant staff members
- Ensure all outgoing post is correctly franked and collected
- Scanning and typing letters
- Assist with ad hoc administration as required
- Work as part of a team to provide the best possible service to our clients
As a Part time Receptionist at our Ashby office, you will have/be:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confidence to speak on the telephone
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- IT Literate
- Willing to take on a wide variety of tasks
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Personable and confident in building relationships
- A good level of understanding of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- A team player
