Our Manchester office seeks a Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant to join their growing team. As a Graduate Trainee Chartered Accountant you will receive our support and training to attain the prestigious ICAEW ACA qualification.

What can you expect as a Graduate Trainee?

You will join our busy city centre Audit & Assurance compliance department, where you’ll gain extensive knowledge of commercial, financial and taxation matters from your colleagues to supplement your studies. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn and gain experience in our specialist departments at our offices across the North West.

You’ll not just be working with the numbers; you’ll be working as a team with your colleagues and will have direct contact with our clients soon after joining us, so you’ll need great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You’ll need the personality and skills to build an exceptional rapport with our clients and you’ll have a real commitment to giving them the excellent service we are known for and proud to provide. Our clients operate across many sectors and vary in size; no two days and audits will be the same.

About You

It’s a varied and highly challenging role that will develop your professional and personal skills as you train. We know that when you join us, you will still have much to learn, but we do require you to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree with A levels of grade B or above in three subjects (which must exclude General Studies).


You’ll receive a fully-funded training programme for your ICAEW ACA qualification. We will provide you with a structured and supportive approach to your training as you work and study your way to becoming qualified.
