1st LINE SUPPORT ANALYST – ALDRIDGE

Our Aldridge office is seeking a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team.

Reporting to: Paul Bragg
Departments: IT
Location: Aldridge
Salary: £19,000 Dependant on experience
Term: Full time and Permanent

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will working within a busy IT Help-desk environment
  • Resolving technical customer queries
  • Providing remote support to field engineers
  • Liaising with third party providers
  • Escalating tickets to 2nd line support

ABOUT YOU

  • The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about IT

  • Attention to detail, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 12 months experience in similar role or IT apprenticeship
  • Experience of working with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10 and Server 2008, 2012 and 2016
  • Understanding of DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
  • CompTIA A+, MTA, MCITP qualifications would be advantageous
