Over the years we have had a great deal of success in sourcing the right kind of financial assistance for our clients and we have been able to make a real difference to them. In some cases, it has allowed a client to start an exciting new project, whilst in others, we were able to help them move their business forward and achieve their goals. Here are just a few of the instances in which we have been able to assist our clients:

Instructed in June to find a buyer for an engineering firm in order to facilitate exit plan for the owner. Achieved in October for £1.5million.

Assisted client to completely renovate a restaurant in Wolverhampton. Raised £250,000 by way of a ‘small firms’ loan guarantee and a further £100,000 to facilitate the project.

Raised £250,000 for client to acquire a day nursery.

Assisted a client in raising £400,000 in order to purchase property in Birmingham to operate a home for educationally challenged children.

Advised a client in the recruitment industry with a £60 million turnover to reduce their share-holding by a pert management buy out. Our clients received a substantial cash sum whilst still retaining a controlling interest in business.

Arranged an invoice discounting facility of £250,000 and a loan for a further £100,000 to enable a company selling chains to expand their business.

Assisted a client to arrange a bridging loan for £1.5 million to purchase a new farm whilst his current farm was still being sold.

Assisted clients in raising mortgages for homes both in this country and abroad for £100,000 to £1.5 million.

Obtained finance of £400,000 to enable a building company to buy and develop a property which they sold for a profit of £150,000.

Replaced an existing invoice discounting facility within a printing company with a new company producing a larger facility and at a much cheaper rate.

Arranged additional £440,000 facility to enable a pipe-fitting company to purchase its own shares and consequently assist the Directors in their exit strategy.
