Baldwins advised Weedon’s on a recent acquisition as they expand outside the Midlands

Baldwins has worked for many years with Hednesford-based Weedon Holdings Group, a successful business operating in the packaging sector with a turnover of around £10m. We have witnessed the strong performance of the business in recent years and understood its desire to grow through acquisition.

Having helped Weedon’s with the search for a suitable target, we then advised on the acquisition of Rowpack in Manchester, a corrugated packaging manufacturer. The combined business is expected to generate a turnover close to £20m and offer an end-to-end service to its growing customer base.
