John Edwards

John manages the Baldwins Nuneaton office and has responsibility for a large general practice portfolio. After several years with the corporate finance team of an International practice he was appointed group secretary of an acquisitive FTSE 350 company. Following a public to private transaction, he returned to public practice in 2000. He has acted for a wide range of Listed and privately owned businesses both as an audit principal and/or corporate finance advisor. His current portfolio ranges from farming to manufacturing and from professional services to retail. He has held several external technical appointments and has contributed to a number of professional publications.

He is a voracious reader of non fiction, a reasonable cook and a determined but hopeless musician.
