Mark is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience advising business owners and managers on a range of matters including business sales, acquisitions, fund-raising and management buy-outs, covering a broad range of sectors from manufacturing and engineering to facilities management and IT services - and just about everything in between.

His breadth of experience has proved invaluable in helping businesses grow, whatever their size. Mark recently advised on the £22m acquisition of a confectionery foil packaging business in Bridgnorth by Discovery Foils Ltd, helping safeguard more than 100 jobs.
