Andrew Maidstone

In addition to holding an honours degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.   He was formerly a specialist tax partner with a national firm of accountants before establishing and growing his own accountancy practice. His firm emerged from a standing start to one with a seven figure over.
 
At that point in 1997 Andrew's firm joined the Baldwins group. In Andrew's own words: 'it was natural progression as Baldwins have an excellent reputation and they are a firm with that extra resource needed to give a great service to clients.'
 
Given his immense experience and expertise, Andrew is now charged with the continued development of the Baldwins group and also assisting clients with the development of their own businesses. Andrew also gives specialist tax and corporate finance advice to clients on special ad hoc assignments when required.

Jeni Bramley

Jeni, as well as being a Chartered Certified Accountant is also a Chartered Tax Advisor. Jeni heads up the tax team, assisting all the groups clients by performing tax planning work for small to medium-sized companies and individuals.

 

Her chartered tax advisor status allows Jeni to give advice which can achieve substantial tax savings. Outside of the office, Jeni enjoys reading and walking her 2 dogs.
